Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary. As professional designers, we reserve the right to make substitutions in the event where the exact flower is no longer available and to complete delivery on time. This rarely happens, but in case it did, the proposed theme will be maintained, and flower types or colors of equivalent value will be used. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during seasonal occasions like Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day.

Highest standards of honesty and integrity are conveyed to assure the satisfaction of our customers; hence, our dedicated team will make sure to contact you before making any substitutions.

Small Errors

Our florists are known for making creative and top-quality floral arrangements, with extreme attention to detail. However, human-errors do happen in any business and in every industry. So in the event of small errors such as not including the complementary card, our customer service representative will call you to apologize, but we will not offer a refund for such case, as the recipient has received the flowers which are the real value of the order. We believe in being fair and reasonable in circumstances like this, while making sure our customers are always pleased with our service level.

Delivery Policy

Same-day Delivery

Little Flora team works to deliver happiness and heartfelt messages across the Kingdom. And so, we guarantee same-day delivery all year, given that customer places the order before 7:00 pm. Little Flora do not charge for delivery of flowers and gift bundles in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al-Khobar, Dhahran, and Mecca. Just please make sure to choose the correct city on our Website or App before placing an order. Choosing a city means you want your order delivered to that city. You can always change the city selection from the top right section of our website.

Rest assured that your order will be delivered in perfect condition, as our delivery drivers are trained to handle flowers with care and keep the deliveries upright.

Scheduled Delivery

If you are concerned about forgetting an upcoming occasion or missing out on a particularly great deal, you can place flower orders online in advance. Once you have selected your bouquet, you can then include your desired delivery date. Flower deliveries can be arranged in advance for up to 60 days!

Delivery Policies

The email that is sent on completion of placing your order contains all the key information pertaining to your order. It is very important that you check this to ensure no errors have been made. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

Changing your Order

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to change the address delivery for products that are already out for delivery. However, we can still accept changes to your order if it was scheduled for days/weeks ahead, according to our Change Request terms.

Changing your Order

As we understand that receiving flowers is often time-critical, we appreciate providing us with a delivery address at which someone will be present to receive the delivery. For this reason, it is very important that you provide up-to-date contact information. It is also very helpful if you provide us with the telephone number of the recipient as this often makes it easier to resolve delivery problems. In case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when he returns, leave the gift with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for another delivery.

Delivery with No Address

In case you opt to send flowers without stating the exact address, we appreciate providing our delivery drivers with a valid phone or mobile number to assist them with locating the recipient’s place. It is also very important that you keep us informed if you find that the recipient is not available at the city you targeted for delivery, prior to the order being shipped out. If you placed a flower order for an incorrect city and the flowers were sent out for delivery before the error is corrected, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. Also, if the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, we will not be able to refund the cost of the bouquet, and customer will be fully liable for the cost of the product.

Delay in Delivery

In an unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, we will try contacting you via the contact methods you have provided. If we were unable to contact you, we will assume that you accept our decision of refund or postponing the delivery to the next day, and we may be able to issue you monetary credit for the inconvenience. However, Little Flora will not be liable for any delayed or failed delivery resulting from any circumstances outside our reasonable control. These circumstances include any adverse weather conditions, fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike.
