Change or Cancel Order

Same-day orders are processed immediately. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, out for delivery, or delivered.

Changing an item in your order

You must request a change to an order at least 24 hours prior to delivery. We cannot permit replacements and amendments that are made within 24 hours of pre-determined delivery. We cannot make an order amendment to products in the process of preparation or transportation, and to same-day orders since they are processed immediately. If the amendment requires additional fees, the customer will be charged accordingly. For all changes, please call the customer service team or email us stating your order number and the exact change request.

Cancelling your order

You must request a cancellation to an order at least 24 hours prior to delivery, stating your order number and reason for cancelling. We cannot permit cancellations that are made within 24 hours of pre-determined delivery. We cannot make a cancellation in the process of preparation or transportation, and to same-day orders since they are processed immediately.

The process of cancelling an order begins with a call to our Customer Service at 00966 55 082 2658. You can also email us at [email protected]. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will confirm this cancellation via email, and issue refund charges to the card account used originally to pay for this order.

Returning your order

Perishable items such as gourmet food and fresh flowers cannot be returned. If you are unsatisfied with the order you have received, we encourage you to get in touch with our Customer Service. If a problem with your order was directly our fault, we will put every effort to make you a happy customer again.
